Alexis Mcpherson

As a Senior Regional Property Manager, Alexis is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 1,700 apartment homes. Her assets have consisted in and around the Greenville market as well as, Savannah, Hilton Head, Bluffton, Columbia, Asheville, Augusta and Florence. Alexis entered the field of property management in 2005, following her graduation from the University of South Carolina-Upstate where she studied Business and Graphic Design. 

Prior to joining the Greystar family in the Carolinas, Alexis enjoyed her tenure with Johnson Development and First Communities starting as a Leasing Professional and being promoted to a Senior Property Manager.  As part of her management role, she has assisted on numerous due diligences, take overs, and acting liaison for Legacy Partners, AVR, and Onyx Partners. She aided in the successful lease-up of Woodfield’s first project in the Greenville market. Her strengths include marketing with social media and strategic planning for distressed communities. Alexis has been involved with repositioning of several assets upon ownership or management transitions involving interior and exterior capital improvements, and enhanced resident and management strategies and services. 

Alexis has served on the Upper State apartment association in positions including direct associate and social chairman.  Alexis holds her Property Manager License and has obtained the designation as a Certified Apartment Manager and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor.  Alexis resides in Upstate, South Carolina with her husband Chad and son Ian. In her spare time, she supports her son in his many hobbies such as golf, basketball and football.
