Epiphany Smith

Epiphany Thompson Smith's journey as a Community Manager is a story of perseverance and hard work. Starting as a part-time leasing professional, Epiphany climbed the ranks at Blue Ridge Companies to become the Community Manager of Ashton Park Apartments in Anderson, SC. Her dedication to the industry has been recognized by the National Apartment Association, where she graduated from the Diversity Leadership Program in 2021 and served as a social media ambassador for the NAA Conference in San Diego. Epiphany holds CALP and CAM credentials, and her South Carolina Property Manager License is a testament to her commitment to the industry.

Through her journey, Epiphany has served on the Upper State Apartment Association Committees for six years and is now serving on the Board of Directors as a direct associate. She is focused on engaging members and minorities with a vision to open more opportunities for underrepresented groups in the industry. Epiphany's story serves as an inspiration to all those aspiring to make a difference in their respective fields. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, husband Willie, and two children, son Marley and daughter Harmoni.
