USAA's Golf Tournament will once again hold a raffle to benefit Safe Harbor. Bring cash (can invoice $20+) for raffle tickets.
Event Details:
Welcome to the "Bushwood Country Club!" It's USAA's 31st Annual Golf Tournament! Join us Thursday, October 10th, at Willow Creek Golf Club. Grab your crew and golf, sponsor a hole, drive an "Uber" cart, deliver beverages, or mingle at the driving range! Plus win BIG with a raffle benefiting Safe Harbor. Can't make the tournament? Join us in the afternoon for a cook out and our raffle. We will have prizes for best use of theme decorated beverage cart and best use of theme at a sponsor hole--show us your best "Caddyshack" energy on the golf course!
Tournament Schedule
8:00 AM Team & Sponsor Check-In/Breakfast/Driving Range Time/AM Uber Drivers running
8:45 AM All Players, Hole Sponsors, Beverage Carts need to be checked in, set up, and ready to begin the tournament.
*Out of courtesy to players and participants we will start promptly at 9am. Any sponsors that are not checked in & set up by 8:45 forfeits their hole/cart.
9:00 AM Tournament Shotgun Start
12:00 PM PM Uber Drivers running
3:00 PM Tournament End (to be eligible for team awards players must return to clubhouse and turn in their scorecards by 3pm) Cook Out begins *Direct Associate Cook Out Promo Code: FREESEPT24
3:30 PM Sponsor Awards, Team Awards, Theme winners & Raffle Prize Drawings (at clubhouse)
Prize packs are back! $25 each includes: 2 mulligans and participation in prize holes *If one member of a team purchases a prize pack all 4 members will automatically be billed for a prize pack. Prize pack price increases to $50 if purchased day of tournament.

Cancellation policy for this event: Teams and sponsorship reservations are non-refundable after September 19th, 2024. No shows will be invoiced. Requests must be submitted to Joye@Upperstate.org
