Soft Skills Course

This Soft Skills Course facilitated by Melissa Anderson, GEM Management Training & Development Coordinator, will cover a bevy of topics to improve onsite experience for employers, employees, and residents/customers. Topics covered include work place appearance, first impression, maintaining work space, email and phone etiquette, proper notifications and letter writing, relationships with vendors, staff, and residents, organization, goal setting, and problem solving.
