About the instructors:

Ashley Harakas is the Regional Sales Executive with Valet Living. She services Upstate SC, Charlotte Metro, Asheville/Boone, & The Triad. Ashley comes with 11 years of multifamily experience from working for an owner operator, to becoming a regional asset manager then transitioning to the vendor side in 2023. She proudly holds her CALP credentials from the NAA.
 Ashley has a passion for training and share her knowledge of the industry with others any opportunity she gets. She hopes to bring her onsite experience and knowledge to the vendor side as she advocates for the residents and onsite team. She wants to continue to create a wonderful experience for her clients.
 Ashley has many hobbies including crafting and refinishing furniture, to hanging out with her family any chance she gets.

Laura Williamson (Hart) has just celebrated her 20-year anniversary with Furniture Services Inc., and ACRS as Vice President of Sales.  Before joining the FSI/ACRS team Laura worked on site and worked her way from a leasing consultant to regional manager. She is an active member of CAA, USAA, MBAA and the AAGC as well as serves as chair for the supplier council for the SCAA.  Laura maintains her property manager in charge license (you never want that to expire) as well as her CAM and CAS.    She has served as president, treasurer, secretary , vice present and supplier associate for her local affiliate where she represented them as a delegate for 2 years with the National Apartment Association.  Laura is passionate about each affiliate and seeing each one grow and thrive by contributing her time to make it happen.  She is excited with her most recent role as the first-time chair for the State Supplier Council and is looking forward to watching each affiliate grow with their own supplier council.  When not working Laura enjoys her time on the lake with her husband, Jay,  and her family.
