Easlan Management Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Manager to join our team at Vining Brushy Creek (120 units) in Greer, SC.

The Community Manager is crucial for fostering an exceptional living experience for our residents and exceeding the expectations of prospective residents through superb sales and customer service skills. This position reports directly to the Regional Property Manager.

Essential Functions The Community Manager’s core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead the sales process from beginning to end: Present our apartments and community compellingly, overcome objections, build relationships, and create excitement.
• Maintain strong relationships with current residents by providing outstanding customer service and resolving issues promptly.
• Complete leasing agreements and associated paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
• Actively participate in marketing efforts to attract new residents.
• Embrace and enjoy the multifaceted nature of the multi-family housing industry. 

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Alternate Saturdays

Qualifications

• Workforce housing experience required.
• Complete leasing agreements and associated paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
• Actively participate in marketing efforts to attract new residents.
• Embrace and enjoy the multifaceted nature of the multi-family housing industry.

Education
• Active Property Management License required.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
