Important Changes Coming to Blue Moon Software

On March 17th, 2021, Blue Moon will release an update which impacts the rental application process directly within Blue Moon as well as through the various integrations.  All sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) will be masked on all application forms generated through Blue Moon.

For users that access those application forms through one of our integration partners or through Blue Moon and the Rental Application Wizard, the PII data will display as hashed-out characters. That information will still be available within Blue Moon and viewable for each user based on their user permissions.  If you would like to restrict any users from having access to view PII within Blue Moon, you may modify their permissions/restrictions in the Settings menu inside Blue Moon.
