Leasing Consultants are responsible for all aspects of leasing an apartment home as defined by PEM  policies and procedures. Responsibilities include marketing to prospects, securing interviews/leases  using Yieldstar rates, qualifying prospects, drafting lease agreements (inclusive of all required addendums), assisting current residents, lease renewals/resident retention, and rent collection
